First the lemon juice was put onto the filter paper. Then the teacher used the tongs and picked up the filter paper and placed it onto the heater. The place where the lemon juice was drawn showed up clearly. It looked as if the lemon juice place was burned and showed the smiley face that was drawn onto the paper. Then after the face was seen the filter paper was removed.

First the water was added into the cup. Then the salt was added to the water in the cup. The salt and water solution was stirred. Then the water solution was poured out.
